Whistle Stop Mall, Georgia Road, Franklin NC

The Hospice House Foundation's 3rd Annual Cut-a-Thon, is Saturday, June11 at the Whistle Stop Mall in Franklin, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  $10 haircuts! Celebrity hairstylist, Ben Mollin, from Bravo's Shear Genius, will be joining us. Great live music and entertainment all day! Area restaurants will be serving delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  Shop with businesses from all over WNC. Massage therapists on hand - for a minimal donation, get a massage. Raffles and give-aways! Demonstrations of Zumba, Karate, and the Macon County Sheriff's Department K-9s.  Lots of fun for kids and families!

Second Annual Cut-a-thon, June 5, 2010

Hospice House Foundation of WNC held its Second Annual Cut-a-thon on Saturday June 5, 2010 in the BiLo Shopping Center.

The event included raffles and give-aways, portraits, facials, massages and much more.

There was also live music and plenty of food. For all the motorcycle enthusiasts, there was a Cut and Run ride, hosted by The Enforcers MC.

2010 Spring Fundraising

Hospice House Foundation of WNC, raised more funds at the 17th Annual Macon Senior Games Spring Flea Market, hosted by the Macon County Recreation Department.

Hospice House Foundation of WNC tables were filled to the gills with donated goodies, with all proceeds going straight to the Foundation to help build the Hospice House. Many community people expressed the need for such a house as they purchased gadgets from the table. Some said they didn't need anything, but they wanted to give to the House.

Some buyers showed tears with their gratitude for the work that the Hospice House Foundation is doing. Many related stories that were still close to their hearts. Many expressed how nice it would have been to have a Hospice House when they needed it. The Hospice House will be such a gift to the community many of the vendors said.

The Foundation is grateful and appreciate those who gave at the Spring Flea Market.

First Annual Cut-a-thon, June 6, 2009

Hospice House Foundation of WNC held the CUT-A-THON on June 6, 2009 in the BiLo Shopping Center.

The event was hosted by Serendipity Salon & Spa and BiLo Shopping Center. Plenty of food, raffles, bake sales and music insured everyone had a great time.

Hospice House Foundation of WNC would like to thank all the participating businesses and volunteers for helping us put on a great fundraiser.
